Biofilm is a viscous layer that bacteria develop to protect themselves from disinfectants.
So despite appropriate treatment, if the biofilm is not removed, the effectiveness of the treatment is greatly reduced and bacteria can develop.

How to
Maintaining your spa?
To keep your SPA in good working order and the water clean and beautiful, here are the main maintenance operations:
Remove the largest impurities from the water using a suitable landing net.
Filtration is 80% of the quality of your SPA water. Filter regularly.
Check the balance of your water once a week and adjust the pH if necessary to between 7.0 and 7.6.
Check the disinfectant content at least once a week and rectify if necessary with a chlorine, bromine or active oxygen product.
Regularly clean the walls of your water line with a special brush.
Drain your pool for a thorough cleaning, depending on the intensity of use.
