Ensuring good filtration means guaranteeing clean, safe water throughout the season, which translates into intelligent consumption of treatment products.

It is essential to adjust the filtration time according to the temperature of the pool water. As a general rule, the daily filtration time (in hours) should be equal to half the water temperature.

It is advisable to carry out this filtration all at once during the day, ideally when exposure to the sun is at its highest, to counter the development of algae and biofilm.

A backwash should be carried out as soon as the filter pressure increases by more than 0.3 units.
