  1. Claude HARDY et le Groupe Atlantis créent OCEDIS dans le domaine du traitement de l’eau. Soutenue par son équipe expérimentée, OCEDIS a rapidement trouvé sa place sur un marché en progression constante.
  2. OCEDIS acquiert La Maison de la Piscine, fabricant de matériels pédagogiques et ludiques, située dans la région bordelaise.
  3. OCEDIS devient indépendant et quitte le Groupe Atlantis. La société a été reprise par son manager, Claude HARDY et un fonds d’investissement.
  4. OCEDIS acquiert MELFRANCE, négoce de matériel pour le traitement des eaux de piscine.
  5. Création OCEDIS Maroc dont le siège social est situé sur Agadir. OCEDIS Maroc distribue les produits du groupe.
  6. Création de MELWATER, spécialiste du traitement d’eau industriel et domestique (eau potable, eau de process, station d’épuration...)
  7. Informatisation de la production (GPAO). Pour augmenter notre efficacité et répondre au mieux aux attentes des clients.
  8. Lancement des sites internet du Groupe OCEDIS (OCEDIS, Ocedis groupe, La Maison de la Piscine, MelWater).
  9. La famille HARDY devient majoritaire des parts du Groupe
  10. Création d’Ocedis Export au Sénégal
