Guarantees

  • The equipment is under guarantee

If the equipment is under warranty, you MUST enclose the purchase invoice.

Please note that :

  • Without the return slip and the invoice, the request will not be processed and the equipment will be returned with transport invoiced at the customer's expense.
  • All equipment under guarantee must be returned to the after-sales service centre for examination and repair. No equipment will be exchanged or loaned.
  • The guarantee starts from our SAC workshop, and shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
  • The equipment is not under warranty

An estimate will be drawn up by our after-sales service. It will be sent to you by e-mail. The customer then has 1 month to approve or reject the quotation.
