At Ocedis, we understand the importance of clean, healthy water. That's why we've put together answers to the questions most frequently asked by our customers. Our aim is to provide you with clear and useful information to help you understand our products, services and the solutions we offer to meet your specific water treatment needs.

Customer account & Order

To create a customer account, click on the "Espace Pro" tab in the top right-hand corner of the home page. Ask for your account to be opened and fill in the required information, such as your name, e-mail address and password. You will receive your login and password within 48 hours;

If you have forgotten your password, click on "Forgot your password" on the login page. Enter your e-mail address and follow the instructions to reset your password. You will receive an e-mail with a link to create a new password.

To place an order, log in to your account, browse our product catalogue and add the items you want to your basket. Once you have selected your products, click on the basket icon, check the items and quantities, then click on "Place order". Follow the instructions to complete your purchase.

If you place an order on our site, it means that as a professional you have an account with us. Payment is not made when you order online, but on receipt of your order confirmation by our sales department.

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via our customer service department by telephone or e-mail. We will do our best to respond to your request before the order is dispatched.

In the same way that you place an order, you can click on generate a quote and then transform it into an order later.

To update your personal details, log in to your account, go to the "My profile" section and request a change to your account. It will take effect within 48 hours after validation by our services.
