Dosage

Enjoy your pool without constraints

Automatic dosing is a practical and effective way of keeping your pool water clean and balanced.

It allows precise management of chemicals, reduces manual maintenance effort and improves water quality.

Automatic dosage

To complement your control system

Automatic dosing focuses specifically on the automatic addition of chemicals to the pool to maintain disinfection and water balance levels.

It generally uses an automatic dosing pump to precisely inject chemicals such as liquid chlorine, pH corrector, algaecides, etc., as required.

Automatic dosing can be integrated with an automatic control system to allow continuous adjustment of chemicals according to sensor readings.

Its main objective is to maintain chemical levels within specific ranges to ensure water quality and bather safety.

Did you know?

How an electromagnetic dosing pump works :

An electromagnet moves the magnetic shaft forwards and backwards. This movement is transmitted to the dosing diaphragm installed in the dosing head.

Two non-return valves prevent the dosing fluid from reversing direction during the pumping process.

The dosing start of an electromagnetic dosing pump can be precisely adjusted by the stroke length and pulse frequency.

Installing tubing correctly

Tips and tricks

To ensure precise, high-quality dosing, you need to follow a few rules when installing your tubing system.

The tubing are the small pipes that suck in and pump out the correcting fluid for treating the water in your pool.

It is therefore essential to install your tubing fixing kit correctly for optimum dosing.

  • Cut the straight tubing perpendicular to its axis, never at an angle.
  • Install your fixing kit and check that the tube will not pull out from the fixing kit.
  • Screw the tubing onto the dosing pump head.
  • The assembly is screwed on firmly by hand only. Never use pliers.
