Free chlorine: Active chlorine and a potential disinfectant in water
Combined chlorine: The level of chloramines, i.e. the chlorine consumed by disinfection. It must not exceed 0.6 mg/L.
Total chlorine: The free chlorine level + the combined chlorine level
Total alkalinity: Ability to withstand pH variations
pH: Must be maintained between 7.2 and 7.6 to ensure effective disinfection.
Water hardness: Calcium levels to prevent corrosion of your equipment
Copper rate
Iron rate
Stabiliser : The level of cyanuric acid
Phosphate: Low phosphate levels prevent the proliferation of algae
Salt
Bromine option: For pools treated with bromine, such as spas
